Pay for your purchase in interest-free instalments through CembraPay AG (“CembraPay”).

 

This financing option is made available for the purchase of a watch or of a watch and strap(s) (the purchase of straps only is excluded). If you opt to pay with CembraPay at checkout, you will be redirected to CembraPay’s interface to confirm your agreement with their financing terms and conditions, and an eligibility check will be carried out by CembraPay subject to their criteria.

 

If your financing application is successful, payment processing is handled exclusively by CembraPay. You will receive the invoices directly from CembraPay.

CembraPay is an independent third-party financing company. We are not affiliated with, nor do we control, CembraPay in any manner.

 

By selecting CembraPay to complete payment, you:

  1. Agree to the assignment of the purchase price claim to CembraPay.
  2. Enter into a separate agreement with CembraPay, strictly subject to their terms and conditions (available here), which may differ from ours. We encourage you to carefully review all terms and seek independent advice if needed before proceeding.
  3. Acknowledge that CembraPay has sole discretion in determining eligibility for their payment method.

 

We are not liable for any aspect of your use of CembraPay's services and disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of their services. You are solely responsible for all payments to CembraPay under their terms and conditions. Failure to comply with CembraPay's terms may result in collection fees, additional charges and/or debt collection.

 

We automatically share your full name, email and postal address, phone number, and shopping cart with CembraPay when you choose to use their services (see clause 7 of our Privacy Policy). We may also share additional personal data with CembraPay, including, but not limited to, identity documentation, order confirmations or invoices, as required by CembraPay for the use of their services. CembraPay will process your personal data as independent data controller and pursuant to their privacy policy (available here).

Please note when considering returning products paid with CembraPay, the orders must be returned fully or partially to Hublot within 14 days of receipt of the product.

 

Once products have been successfully returned to Hublot, we will issue a credit memo and inform CembraPay. The credit memo cannot cannot be processed if your return falls outside of our returns period.
