FAQS
- To apply for interest-free credit, simply select the item you wish to purchase, proceed through to the checkout to the payment step.
- Select “V12 Finance” and choose one of the available plans. We have a number of payment plans available over 12, 24, 36, or 48 months. You will only be able to select the payment terms applicable depending on the value of your order.
- You can also increase your deposit (minimum 10% deposit is required) if you wish to make the monthly payments lower.
- You will then be diverted to the application form for your Interest-Free Credit Plan. Enter all the information that is applicable to you.
- We will then ask you for the debit or credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click ‘Place Deposit’. Unfortunately, deposits cannot be paid using Bank Transfers.
- V12 Finance Ltd will process your application and once accepted, we will receive a notification. We will ONLY dispatch your order once we have received a notification that your application has been successful.
Please note when considering returning items bought with Interest-Free Credit, the orders must be returned in full to Hublot within 14 days. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three or more items through Interest-Free Credit but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.
Once items have been returned in full to Hublot, we will contact the lender to cancel your credit agreement. The cancellation cannot be processed if your return falls outside of our returns period.

If your credit application has been declined, you will receive a notification via email from our Credit Partner, V12 Retail Finance Ltd.
